What does the call cost?
Nothing. It is fifteen minutes of our planning time, and it saves both of us a wasted site visit when a lot cannot take a unit.
What should I have ready?
The address. A photo of the yard and one of the electrical panel help, but we can work without them.
I have not read the Starter Kit yet. Does that matter?
No. The kit lets you do the first read yourself; the call does it with you. Either order works.
What if my lot does not qualify?
Then you hear it on the call, with the reason, and you have saved yourself the cost of drawings. That outcome is a good use of fifteen minutes.
Will you push me to sign something?
No. The next step, if there is one, is a site visit you ask for. Most people take a few weeks to think, and that is fine.
